Kerala has unveiled an ambitious plan to create five lakh IT jobs by 2031 and capture 10% of India's IT market. The state will expand its IT infrastructure, promote private investment, and focus on AI, semiconductor research, and startup growth under its Vision 2031 and ReCode Kerala 2025 initiatives.
