ACME Solar Holdings' Subsidiary Gets Appeal Admitted Before Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Over Disallowed Claims of ~Rs. 7.82 Crores

ACME Solar Holdings Limited disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Aklera Power Technology Private Limited, filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity against disallowed claims of ~Rs. 7.82 crores related to Basic Customs Duty and GST. The disallowed claims stemmed from a Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission order dated November 13, 2025. The Tribunal admitted the appeal for further hearing vide order dated April 29, 2026, received on May 4, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
