In a letter addressed to Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) Secretary Sameer Kumar Sinha and AAIB Director General GVG Yugandhar, Pushkaraj Sabharwal sought an investigation under Rule 12 of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2017.
