NEW DELHI, Jan 23: A strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Dr Rajneesh, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Lieutenant General Rajiv Kumar Sahni, Director General of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, today.
