Astonea Labs Limited successfully submitted voting results and scrutinizer's report for its Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 27, 2026, to BSE Limited under SEBI regulations. All eight resolutions, including seven special resolutions and one ordinary resolution, were unanimously approved by shareholders with 100% votes in favor.
