Voting began across Bangladesh in the 13th parliamentary elections, the first since former PM Sheikh Hasina was ousted in August 2024 protests. Polling is underway in 299 constituencies alongside a referendum on 84 reforms. Nearly 9 lakh security personnel have been deployed, with drones and body cameras used for the first time.
