Bhopal News: UADD Mulls Robotic, Trenchless Technology To Spot Pipeline Leakages

After Bhagirathpura water contamination, UADD is considering trenchless, robotic and GIS technologies to detect and repair water pipeline leakages without excavation. Robots can travel inside pipelines to pinpoint leaks, while GIS will identify risky intersections with sewage lines. Tenders are expected soon. Water testing kits were distributed to all ULBs, with most complaints resolved.
