Bill to decriminalise certain minor offences to be introduced in Lok Sabha on Monday

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will introduce the Jan Vishwas (Amendment) Bill 2025 in Lok Sabha to decriminalize minor offenses, fostering ease of living and business. This bill, aiming to amend over 350 provisions, builds upon the 2023 Act that decriminalized 183 provisions.
