Binny Limited conducted its Adjourned 56th Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2026, adopting the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting, chaired by Whole-time Director Shri. Satyanarayanan Balakrishnan, was held via video conference with 51 public shareholders participating.
