Black Box seeks nod to raise Rs 2,500 crore via securities

Black Box Limited has scheduled an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 19, 2026, via video conferencing, to seek shareholder approval for raising up to Rs 2,500 crore through various securities. The agenda includes enhancing borrowing limits to Rs 2,500 crore and authorizing the Board to create security interests over the company's undertaking to secure borrowings.
