CAG finds 'serious loopholes' in CCTNS application in Odisha

Charge sheets were prepared by unauthorized officers. Missing children complaints lacked FIRs. Non-cognisable cases went unrecorded. Sensitive details of victims were exposed. Incorrect case closures were also reported.
