CHANDIGARH, Oct 23 : The CBI on Thursday carried out a second round of searches at the residence of suspended Punjab Deputy Inspector General of Police (Ropar Range) Harcharan Singh Bhullar — arrested on bribery charges last week — resulting in seizure of cash and valuables, officials said.
