Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 9: The Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ) flagged off its Women’s Volleyball and Badminton teams for the North Zone Inter-University Tournament being organized by Integral University, Lucknow and CT University, Ludhiana.
