CPM questions Election Commission’s neutrality ahead of Bihar polls

“This Bihar election will be the first in our country’s history where the ‘umpire’, the Election Commission, appears to be part of one team in the contest—the ruling party,” said CPI(M) General Secretary M. A. Baby in a social media post after the EC announced the Bihar poll schedule.
