Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 2: The Cluster University of Jammu organized an Inter-Collegiate Football (Men) Tournament at the GGM Science College Football Ground, drawing enthusiastic participation from several constituent colleges and creating a vibrant sporting atmosphere across the campus.
