Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 11: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Minhas today handed over sanction letters to a fresh batch of entrepreneurs under Mission YUVA at a special event organised at the Zonal Office of J&K Bank.
