Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, May 2: A delegation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Forum led by its Founder Chairman Rajnish Goenka, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, today. Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 15 Corps also called on Lieutenant Governor.
