Delhi Minister Ashish Sood, at the Startup Yuva Festival 2026, announced a Rs 325 crore “Startup Incubation Policy” to support 5,000 student startups from campus to market. The initiative offers funding, mentorship, IP protection, and market access, aiming to nurture innovation, turn students into job creators, and position Delhi as a hub for youth entrepreneurship.
