Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 1: The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) of Home Guards, Civil Defence and SDRF Jammu and Kashmir met here today under the chairmanship of AG Mir, DGP and Commandant General, and conducted the DPC for 3 Sub Inspectors, 6 Assistant Sub Inspectors, 18 Head Constables and 20 Selection Grade Constables.
