Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 2: The Finance Department of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has instructed all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) and Pension Sanctioning Authorities (PSAs) to strictly adhere to prescribed procedures while forwarding pension cases to ensure timely settlement and prevent avoidable delays.
