Govts can’t file pleas against actions of President, Governors on Bills: Centre to Supreme Court

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the Supreme Court that President Droupadi Murmu wishes to know the court’s view on whether states can file writ petition under Article 32 (Right to Constitutional Remedies) of the Constitution for violation of fundamental rights.
