SHIMLA, Mar 23: Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta on Monday paid floral tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru on the occasion of Shaheed Diwas and bowed in reverence to their supreme sacrifice for the nation.
