The decision to run five kilometres a day for a week, despite working nine to eleven hours a day, was something I felt I needed. I took up the challenge to test my strength. From my muscles to my mind, what I felt and experienced shaped the journey. Running five kilometres alone felt different, but when combined with rotational workouts at the gym, it became more adventurous. I did it, and this is my story.
