ICICI Lombard General Insurance has allotted 52,830 equity shares of ₹10 each on February 12, 2026, under employee stock option schemes. The distribution included 51,153 shares under the 2005 scheme and 1,677 shares under the 2023 scheme, with 5,000 shares allocated to the Whole-time Director and 47,830 to other eligible employees.
