IIFL Capital Services issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice for a ₹1999.99 crore preferential issue. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, margin deposits, and general corporate purposes. FIH Mauritius Investments will become a promoter, increasing its stake to 34.89%.
