India and Canada are racing to conclude a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement by end-2026, aiming to boost bilateral trade from $17 billion to $50 billion by 2030 across energy, agri-food, technology and education, with growing flows in goods, services and Indian students in Canada.
