Amit Shah says India's Global Innovation Index ranking improved significantly. He is confident India will be among the top 10 in three years. The Startup India campaign is showing positive results. India now has the third largest startup ecosystem. There are 1.92 lakh startups registered now. Gujarat is leading the country in the startup sector for four years.
