Jammu, Oct 23: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Javed Ahmad Khanday, Sadder Treasury Officer Srinagar, as the Inquiry Officer to probe charges against Abdul Lateef Malik, the then AAO Sub-Division Budgam, presently serving as AO Audit and Inspections Kashmir.
