Actress Jacqueline Fernandes, 40, shared her balanced wellness routine, which she began 17 years ago with yoga, praising it for enhancing her mind, flexibility, mobility, and strength, calling it the best way to start her day. Her typical fitness regimen involves three days of weight training (upper body, back, lower body) and four times a week of yoga, sometimes supplemented with Pilates, emphasizing balancing postures for mental clarity. Her morning starts around 7 am with hydration—a full litre of water infused with lemon, mint, and sea salt (or other mineral salts) to provide electrolytes, which also breaks her intermittent fast before a later solid breakfast. Consultant dietitian Garima Goyal commended Fernandes' approach as diverse, consistent, and balanced, noting that combining strength and flexibility is a holistic and sustainable method for overall health.
