Jammu, Sept 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all departments, PSUs and advisory boards to mandatorily adopt DigiLocker for issuance, storage and verification of certificates and documents, stressing that all documents hosted on the platform will be treated as authentic and valid for official purposes.
