JAMMU, Feb 2: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered promotions of three Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers to higher grades with immediate effect. As per a Government order, Dhananter Singh has been promoted to the Special Scale of JKAS in pay level 13 and designated as Special Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department.
