Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 9: Jammu and Kashmir began the 69th National School Games in Taekwondo with a bang, as local athlete Nasir ul Islam secured a medal by defeating his Telangana rival in the quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals.
