Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 22: The Jammu & Kashmir Teacher Master Association (JKTMA) under the leadership of president Rakesh Singh & general secretary Vivek Gupta convened a meeting to deliberate upon several pressing issues concerning the teaching fraternity across the Union Territory.
