DHURI, Feb 15 : AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Sunday paid obeisance at Shri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiv Mandir here on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.
