Le Travenues Technology Limited has approved the acquisition of a 54.66% stake in Brevistay Hospitality Private Limited for ₹65.69 crore to expand its hotel network. The strategic move combines Brevistay's direct hotel relationships and flexible-stay expertise with Le Travenues Technology's AI-powered platform, creating a network of over 10,000 hotels. The transaction, funded through cash, is expected to close by July 31, 2026, with the Brevistay team continuing to drive growth in the vertical.
