Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 9: LEAD (L JK Economic Growth and Development Dialogue) today announced the third annual Mahotsav – Jammu Kashmir Ladakh will be held from December 19 to December 21 at GGM Science College Ground, here.
