Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, May 11: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today released a Special Cover (postal envelope) issued by the Department of Posts to commemorate the Jammu & Kashmir cricket team’s historic 2025–26 Ranji Trophy victory.
