South Africa pacer Lungi Ngidi was taken off the field in an ambulance. He suffered a head injury during an Indian Premier League match. Ngidi was back-pedalling to complete a catch. He lost balance and fell backwards, hitting his head. Play was halted for 15 minutes. A concussion substitute was introduced.
