Maithan Alloys Appoints B. Venugopal Rao and Elevates Amar Modi to Senior Management Roles

Maithan Alloys announced two senior management changes at its Board meeting on 16th May, 2026. Mr. B. Venugopal Rao, a diploma holder in Metallurgy with 25 years of ferro alloys experience, was appointed as Senior General Manager (Operations) and Plant Head of the Visakhapatnam Unit. Mr. Amar Modi, a Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of experience in commercial and administrative functions, was elevated as DGM Commercial to Senior Management. Both changes are effective 16th May, 2026, and were disclosed under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
