Excelsior Correspondent AKHNOOR, Mar 12: MLA Akhnoor, Mohan Lal Bhagat today called on the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 10 Infantry Division and discussed various issues concerning the residents of border areas of Akhnoor and Chamb constituencies.
