Mukarba Chowk underpass 98% complete, will be opened soon, says minister

The underpass at Mukarba Chowk in North Delhi is almost complete and will open soon to ease traffic congestion. It includes three tunnels for different vehicles and pedestrians, using innovative jack pushing technology. This project is expected to reduce travel time, distance, fuel consumption, and CO₂ emissions.
