Mumbai News: BMC Plans ₹44.87 Crore ‘Town Hall Gymkhana’ Redevelopment Near CSMT Heritage Precinct

The BMC plans to redevelop the Municipal Sports Complex opposite its headquarters into a modern Town Hall Gymkhana at an estimated cost of ₹44.87 crore. The project will include a council hall, restaurant, rooftop viewing gallery and basement parking. Designed to complement the CSMT heritage precinct, the five-storey structure is expected to be completed within 28 months after approval.
