Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai Police has launched a preliminary enquiry into allegations of closed-loop funding and collusive loan assignments involving YES Bank and Suraksha Asset Reconstruction Private Limited following a complaint by a former promoter of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited.
