Nestlé India recommends ₹5 final dividend for FY26

Nestlé India Limited has scheduled its 67th Annual General Meeting for July 3, 2026, via Video Conferencing to approve FY26 financial statements. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹5.00 per share, payable from July 30, 2026, with a record date of July 10, 2026. The meeting includes the re-appointment of Director Mr. Mandeep Singh Chhatwal and the ratification of cost auditor remuneration.
