Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, June 1: The Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat has assigned Additional Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor, Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, the additional charge of General Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), J&K UT Branch.
