Photoquip (India) Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting on May 8, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Vrinda Binani (Membership No. 58183) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 8, 2026. Simultaneously, the Board formally accepted the resignation of CS Aishwarya Anil Lohkare, who ceased to hold the position from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026, to pursue a career opportunity outside the company.
