Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Noida International Airport at Jewar on Saturday, a ₹11,200 crore project aimed at boosting connectivity and economic growth in western Uttar Pradesh. With operations set to begin in April 2026, the airport will ease congestion at Delhi’s IGI Airport and emerge as a major aviation hub.
