Pranik Logistics Reports FY26 Annual Results: Revenue Surges to Rs. 15,972.92 Lacs, Net Profit Rises to Rs. 703.92 Lacs

Pranik Logistics Limited reported audited standalone financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026, with revenue from operations at Rs. 15,972.92 lacs and net profit at Rs. 703.92 lacs, compared to Rs. 10,475.59 lacs and Rs. 644.42 lacs respectively in the prior year. The board, at its meeting on 15th May, 2026, also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhijit Majumder as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26 and proposed an amendment to the MOA to enable the company to enter the manpower supply and staffing services business, subject to shareholder approval. Total assets as at 31st March, 2026 stood at Rs. 9,589.00 lacs, up from Rs. 6,231.76 lacs in the prior year, while basic and diluted EPS for the full year were Rs. 6.39 each.
