Replacing Centre’s ad with state’s stokes row

Punjab Government hoardings advertising the recently launched health cover replaced those of the Centre promoting a woman empowerment scheme at several petrol pumps in the state, stoking a row. While the state government advertisement carried a large picture of CM Bhagwant Mann, the hoarding advertising the Centre’s Lakhpati Didi scheme had a picture of PM Narendra Modi.
