Russia and India: Collaborating on Localized Nuclear Power Plants

Russia has proposed a partnership with India to localize both large and small nuclear power plants as part of their civil nuclear energy collaboration. Rosatom's Director General Alexey Likhachov discussed this initiative with an Indian delegation during the 69th IAEA General Conference in Vienna.
